Asphalt Preparation
We clear out all debris in cracks and on the surface with high pressure blowers along with broom cleaning any stuck areas. We will treat oil stains for better sealer adhesion.

Repair Cracks And Holes
We'll fill cracks with hot tar and cold patch any holes or gaps that require it. This will help preserve your asphalt longer.

Commercial Grade Sealcoating
Using a high quality commercial grade sealant, we seal your asphalt by brush to ensure a thicker and longer lasting layer of sealant. Our sealant is Never Diluted & Always Applied by Brush.

Striping (optional)
If your lot requires it, we'll stripe your lot including parking stalls, handicapped stalls, symbols, and arrows.

Crack Filling
Crack Filling is a key step in maintaining your asphalt parking lot. With normal wear and tear, asphalt tends to develop cracking. Hot Tar Crack filling is a maintenance performed to prolong the crack from getting worse rapidly. We fill the cracks before applying the sealant, this prevents moisture from getting under the asphalt and causing bigger issues like sinking, heaving, and separation. Cold Patch Repair
Since not every lot requires cold patching, it's something we offer as needed. This differs from our crack filling techniques as it uses a different blend of asphalt designed to repair larger sections of asphalt that have sunk, broken off, or created a very large gap.
