We began operating in 2012 and have been continuing to gain customer loyalty for our exceptional service. We care and it shows in our work. We only use commercial grade sealer, we never dilute our products, and we always apply by brush. We are family-owned and operated in McHenry County, where we have resided for over 30 years. Our company is operated by husband, wife, and two daughters. Even the women enjoy working in the field!

We use only the best commercial sealant for all our jobs.
We never dilute our sealer. This lessens the lifespan of the sealant and reduces the effectiveness of its protective properties. At Strictly Sealcoating INC®, we use only the best commercial sealant on every one of our jobs. You can rest assured knowing your asphalt will be well protected with a thicker and longer lasting protective coating.
No sprayers, we apply our sealcoating by brush.
All in the name of quality, we apply every square foot of sealcoating by hand. We use brushes for large areas and apply near edges with smaller brushes to ensure our sealant doesn't spill onto nearby brick, sidewalks, and decorative edging. Applying sealant by hand allows us to ensure a consistent and even coating which ends up in a thicker coating than traditional sprayers.
